Haifa Guest House — Rental Styling

The Challenge

Reposition a historic Haifa stone villa as a boutique guest house — turn under-styled, generic rooms into photogenic, bookable interiors that command a higher nightly rate without structural renovation.

The Concept

A before-and-after styling project working with the building's existing bones — pointed-arch stained-glass windows, encaustic floor tiles, high ceilings. Rooms were re-composed with layered textiles, curated art, sculptural lighting and Mediterranean-mint walls to give each space its own character while keeping a coherent guest-house identity across bedrooms, living and dining areas.

The Result

A visibly transformed property: the same rooms now read as a curated boutique stay in listing photography, improving click-through, occupancy and average nightly rate for the owner's rental business.
